At Carebot ABA, we are passionate about hiring experienced, talented team members who love working with children. Our employees share our core values and will do anything for our children. We hire Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs) to craft individualized care plans and coach Behavior Technicians on how to teach new skills and concepts to each child. Our Registered Behavior Technicians are rigorously trained and knowledgeable in all of the approaches we employ.
